These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all sales of goods, services, and products provided by Charcoal BBQ Co Ltd (hereafter referred to as “the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to any customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
By purchasing goods or services from the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to change product details, prices, or discontinue products without prior notice.

Orders can be placed via our website, by phone, or in-store.
Upon receipt of an order, the Company will confirm the order by email or other communication methods. This does not constitute a legally binding contract until full payment has been processed and accepted by the Company.

All prices listed on the website or other promotional materials are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment for goods and services must be made in full at the time of purchase, either through credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or any other method accepted by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment issues arise.

We will aim to deliver your order within the time frame indicated at the point of purchase. However, delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
Delivery charges will vary depending on the size, weight, and delivery location of the products. Details will be provided during checkout.
The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer once the goods have been delivered.

Right to Cancel: Customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving goods, as per UK consumer protection laws (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
Return Conditions: Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once the goods are returned and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The Company provides a warranty on certain products (e.g., BBQs) for a specific period after purchase. The warranty details will be provided with the product.
If you receive a faulty product or a product that does not match the description, you are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
Any warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Our liability to the Customer for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions is limited to the price paid for the products in question.
The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, or personal injury arising from the use of our products, unless otherwise required by law.

All intellectual property rights (including trademarks, logos, product names, designs, and content) relating to the Company and its products are owned by or licensed to Charcoal BBQ Co Ltd.
Customers are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any intellectual property without prior written consent.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided by customers will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The Company will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.
