Where will my order be delivered?

The order will be distributed at the address you provided at the time of purchase. We can deliver on the address other than the billing address if you check the “deliver to another address” box. It will open a form for the delivery address, once filled we will send the items at that address.

Can I track my order?

Yes you will receive the tracking details on your email which is used at the time of purchase.

What if the items are damaged in the parcel?

If there are damaged items in your parcel please call us instantly. There may be several reasons for this. Please note that we will only accept items returned to us unused within 14 days after delivery.
