Delivery Days

Delivery days are 3-5 working days. Delivery on weekends charges an extra delivery price.

Shipping Duration

Shipping duration depends on the time of order. If the order is placed before 3 pm, then the product is dispersed on the same day, otherwise it is delivered on the next day after the order.

Delivery of orders on an address other than the billing address

Yes, there is a choice in the check-out section of delivery of the order to an address other than the billing address. You can select that one to distribute your product to an address other than the billing address.

Delay in delivery

There can be a delay in delivery because of many uncontrolled conditions. But delay in delivery happens occasionally not often. The reasons can be some environmental catastrophes, raids, or any constraint due to a wave.

Order tracking information is mailed to our customers on their emails which they used while making a purchase. You can also have tracking details by calling us.

Signature instructed against the parcel

There must be the signature of the customer against the parcel as evidence that the product is delivered to the right person.
