The offset smoker has a fully adjustable internal damper, 2 doors/hoods with heavy-duty stainless-steel handles and a durable front shelf with integrated tool hooks for easy storage and quick access to all your cooking utensils. The fully adjustable Roto-Draft dampers provide ultimate and accurate heat control with removable ash trays in both small and large cooking chambers. The 2 large 8″ / 20 cm crack-proof wheels allow you to move the smoke with ease, it also has a built-in bottle opener! Constructed from 2mm gauge steel and finished with a high quality high-heat resistant black paint.
